RSS Senior Worker and Kaila Devi Dharamshala founder Indra Bansal Passes Away

Agra, May 12 Senior Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) worker and founder of the Kaila Devi area Dharamshala, Mrs. Indra Bansal, passed away on Sunday morning. News of her demise brought grief across social, religious, and business circles in the city. A large number of people visited her residence in Vijay Nagar Colony to pay their condolences to the bereaved family.

 

Mrs. Indra Bansal had been actively associated with social and religious activities for many years. Inspired by the ideology of the RSS, she dedicated her life to service, discipline, and social harmony. She remained actively involved in religious events, charitable activities, and support for people in need. She also played an important role in managing the Dharamshala located in the Kaila Devi area, through which she earned immense respect among local residents and social organisations.

 

People close to the family described her as a simple, spiritual, and compassionate personality. She was known for participating in the joys and sorrows of others and was widely respected for her calm nature and affectionate behaviour. Her contribution towards social and religious causes left a deep impact on those who knew her.

 

Her son, Dr. Vijay Kishore Bansal, has also been actively involved in social and religious work for many years. He has contributed to the support of gaushalas, assistance to schools associated with the RSS, and various community welfare initiatives. Family members say that his inspiration for public service came largely from his mother’s values and teachings.

 

Her last rites were performed on Sunday evening at the Tajganj Electric Crematorium in the presence of family members, relatives, social workers, and prominent citizens. A condolence meeting held on Monday at Samadhi Park in Surya Nagar, Khandari, also witnessed the presence of a large number of people who paid tribute to the departed soul.

 

The bereaved family includes her husband Giriraj Kishore Bansal, son Dr. Vijay Kishore Bansal and daughter-in-law Dolly Bansal, daughters Poonam Agrawal, Ritu Prakash, and Rekha Agrawal along with other family members.

 

Several social organisations and prominent citizens of the city termed her demise an irreparable loss to the social sphere and said that her life devoted to service, values, and humanity would continue to inspire future generations.
