All INDIA NBCC EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION HOLDS MEGA CELEBRATION RALLY TO WELCOME SHRI K.P.M. SWAMY, THE NEW CMD OF NBCC

New Delhi. All India NBCC employees Association under the lead of its General Secretary, Baliram Singh organized a mega celebration rally on October 4, 2023 and welcomed the newly appointed CMD of NBCC, Shri K.P.M. Swamy, with all fanfare. The workers, employees, office bearers of the Association first assembled at Pragati Vihar office of NBCC in the morning. They began the celebration with musical band, beating the drums and dholaks expressing their ecstatic mood and feeling of joys over Shri Swamy’s taking over the charge of CMD, who in fact, belongs to the organization and was holding the position of Director (Commercial) in NBCC till now. Speaking on this occasion, Shri Baliram Singh, General Secretary, gave a detailed account of Shri Swamy’s professional journey,  particularly his stint with NBCC. He said that Shri Swamy joined NBCC as DGM (Engg.) in the year 2005 and successfully kept on climbing up the ladder in the organization, successfully accomplishing all the critical responsibilities and assignments bestowed upon him by the management from time to time.

Shri Baliram Singh specifically mentioned about Shri Swamy’s two prominent success stories in NBCC. The first one, when he took over the charge of CEO in NBCC acquired subsidiary,  HSCL, which had then been continuously struggling with  its dismal financial performance. Shri Singh stated that Shri Swamy led the Company from the front with  his able leadership and in quick time, his efforts started bearing fruit. In a span of just 2 years, HSCL made a turn around to become a profit making company. Not only this, Shri Singh said that Swamy led from the front and also became responsible for making HSCL, a Mini Ratna company under NBCC. The second remarkable success story, Shri Singh said, was Shri Swamy’s highly rated accomplishments in successful implantation of Hon’ble Supreme Court  monitored Amrapali Housing Projects in Noida and  Greater Noida which at one point of time,  seemed a certain bane for thousands of homebuyers. While talking about Shri Swamy, Shri Baliram Singh also brought out the fact that Shri Swamy is a great Team-man and has developed a niche for himself in leading from the front.

Shri Singh expressed his confidence that under the leadership of Shri Swamy, NBCC would certainly achieve many more heights in quick time. Post the celebration at NBCC Pragati Vihar office with sweets distribution to all present, the rally proceeded to Corporate Office at NBCC Bhawan, Lodhi Road, with musical band beating the sounds of drum. There the Association met Shri K P M Swamy, congratulated him with garlands and offering sweets.  While Shri Baliram Singh on behalf of the Association, felicitated Shri Swamy wishing him all success and assuring him of all co-operation by the Association, Shri Swamy also thanked the Association and urged all members of the Association to work shoulder to shoulder with him to take the company to new heights. The programme  concluded with exchange of pleasantries and slogans in favor of Swamy and NBCC.

On this occasion, the general secretary of the organization Baliram Singh along with the coordinator of this program Sanjeev Kumar Singh (advocate), patron of the union Dharam Singh, Dr. Satish Gupta, Kailash Rai, Ram Surat, Rishi Pal, Mohammad Siddiqui, Mohammad Shaukat Ali, Bhuneshwar Yadav Ram, Many workers and officials including Iqbal, Rajbahadur, Akhilesh Rai, Vishwanath Sah were present.
